Glutathione is a powerful tripeptide composed of three amino acids: glutamate, cysteine, and glycine. It is naturally produced in the body and plays an essential role in cellular defense against oxidative stress. However, environmental factors such as dust, barn air, pollen, and airborne irritants can place added strain on the respiratory system.
